Game crashing after catching arceus

So I beat Ruekra 4 times now and I’ve caught arceus 4 times now in a master ball everytime and right after my game freezes and then crashes saying the script is taking too long and now anytime I reopen the game it just keep crashing…

Disconnect from the internet, and try again.

So disconnect from the internet on my computer and then reconnect and it should work?
