I think you need to offer something better than D.Vespiquen and D.Sunflora to get the Mega Stone with the D.Charmander.
Those 2 Deltas, as well as D.Scraggy are obtainable every day in any game, so you could basically fill boxes with them.
I would advice you to use an other save file of yours and get the D.Charmander and Megastone yourself and trade it over to your mainfile by the help of someone. If you need help you can always join the Discord channel.
