How did Yuki’s Rotom outspeed my Timid 252 Speed EV Mew who has higher base speed.
Only thing I can think of is it was scarfed and the wiki is just outdated but just wondering.

Both were lvl 120 and it was Hard Mode.

It was unable to outspeed my timid Greninja tho who is only slightly faster.

Yes, the Rotom is Scarfed. I’m assuming the template for Yuki’s Hard mode team was copied over from her Easy team where Rotom doesn’t hold an item.
