Hello there. So I’ve finally decided to try and play Pokemon Insurgence, but when I try to download it, a page pops up saying my “Connection is not private.” Anything related to Pokemon Insurgence has that message pop up. I am using Google Chrome, and my iPad can access Pokemon Insurgence related stuff just fine. I was just wondering if there is a way to fix it. Any help? Thanks.
What link are you trying for the download?
1.1.17 core. I’m using the download from this site. I’m using windows.
Edit: Oh yeah. I can somehow access the reddit page for this, and go to the forums, but if I click on the forums link from a search, it gives me the message.
Are you using any plugins that may inject code into any of the sites? Because that message means that the page you are receiving is not the same as the page we sent to you. This means either you are injecting code to it (possibly with plugins and stuff), or someone else is injecting code. In the second case, this means someone has access to your connection with the internet, which may be a large issue. In the first case, if you’re on Chrome there should be a button under “advanced options” or something, that allows you to continue.
Mmm, I don’t have any plug ins, and there is no button for me to continue under “Advanced.” It says:
I can’t visit the site/download because the site sent scrambled credentials that Google Chrome cannot process. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.
That’s sort of what it says.
Does it say anything else?
p-insurgence.com normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Google Chrome tried to connect to p-insurgence.com this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be p-insurgence.com, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Google Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.
You cannot visit p-insurgence.com right now because the website sent scrambled credentials that Google Chrome cannot process. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.
That’s what it says. Now that i think about it, it might just be something about my router :o
So i was a bit curious, and instead of using Google Chrome, i used Internet Explorer to try and download the game. I was wondering if the same thing would happen for Internet Explorer, but it didn’t. The game is downloading right now :o. Thanks for your help anyway c:
