Dex: This creatures DNA has been changed and is almost impossible to read, however all known is that this Pokemon is blind.
Dex: Now that the Pokemon has evolved its DNA can be slightly read besides Prinplup DNA it also contains watchog DNA.
Dex:The DNA can now be fully read and it appears it also contained the DNA of Dartrix and Bayleef
This is possibly my most disliked delta one I’ve made its just the design of empoleon really i cant exactly get it to look like
