Now, here’s delta Hoothoot and Noctowl. They would be steel/psy types, and would probably use many sound based attacks. His abilities would be Insomnia (working around the clock) still thinking of others

Very surreal! I like it! My only flaws with it are his eye color and his wings(?).

yes, those are his wings. I was thinking of changing them to gold. He also has a gear for a monocle.
