Delta Meloetta

So i just found out that Delta Meloetta exists and i LOVE this mon. I was wondering if you could catch it before the elite 4 since it’s level 80 and the elite four is minimum level 90 in normal difficulty. I want to have it in my party for the adventure ! Thanks in advance !
