YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.A GREAT AMOUNT OF PLOT IS ABOUT TO BE SPOILED. OK if you are still here it means that you have finished the 1.1 version of Insurgence and know that Damien has been infected with a pokerus strand that made him look like Deoxys and he has a pixie companion being Shaymin (a Pokemon known to purify things). So my theory is: What if Shaymin is going to purify Damien’s DNA and remove the Deoxys part of it little by little so that eventually if there is a part of the game that requires the sacrifice of a chosen one and you are captured ( maybe that’s why at the beginning of the game you are in the Darkrai cult base), Damien sacrifices his life for you? (This is possible since we know TheSuzerain would be that guy to do it)
