The wiki says its 1/4096 but everyone says its 1/8192 so i was wondering if the wiki is wrong or that the base rate was changed to 1/4096?
I’m not sure if the base rate was ever changed or if the change happened in 1.2 and no one ever realized it till a few months ago, but the current shiny rate is 1/4096.
