My name is 9 Characters long, and doesn’t fit into the naming thing of 8 Characters.
As a coder myself I know exactly why it’s 8 characters long, but have absolutely no idea why this is still a problem in this game, or if it can be increased to 16 at all. I just want my name to fit on my character

It’s that length so that it can fit in any dialogue in the game. It’s in no way a programming limit.
