Yes, most probably, otherwise it would be impossible to complete the pokedex.

TBH in omircon/zeta you couldn’t capture the extra pokemon they added (things like mechanical flygon if i recall correctly) so if things like that enter the game(personally hoping for xD ) there is a high possibility that you won’t be able to complete the new pokedex. But for your question yes,you will catch em all! Even the legendaries that are owned by others.
The six kings were fakemon and not needed to complete the pokedex. There were a total of 740 pokemon in Z/O, but you only needed 706. I’m currently at 568.
thank you for both the answers, also will it be at all possible for you to get the pokemon that is left on the table at the lab e.g delta bulbasaur because it would be cool to complete the current part of the game and then you are sent to fight the professor and you get the left delta
We just don’t know that yet.
You’ll be able to get all delta Pokemon by the last update.
