Can I beat E4 with just F.E.A.R Rattas?

I’m planning to use 4 F.E.A.R Rattatas,a huge wall(So I can revive & potion my Rattatas),and a level 110 Lucario for the champion,along with tons of revives and potions.Is there any reason to why this may not work?

Also,do you guys have any ideas for who the wall should be or movesets for Lucario?

They have many things to counter such a tactic, such as substitute, sand stream, status ailments, leech seed, stealth rock, and priority of their own.

If you need a wall, just use giratina.
