Battle tower question

Why can’t I use my Latios for battle tower? In both open and 3v3, it’s listed as “not able”.

I believe Latias, as with most, if not all, légendaires, is on the Ban list for the battle frontier

Oh, I didn’t realize that there was a ban list. Where can I find it?

it’s here (or i think this is it at least) corresponding delta forms of banned mons are also banned ;))
