If Sun and Moon introduces new megas or stat changes, then will Insurgence have them? I heard that Insurgence won’t have any new Pokemon from sun and moon so just wanted to know.

Insurgence will not introduce new pokemon/ megas, however Pokemon Reborn will, if you’re interested to see them in a fan game. Hope this helps.
