However, after few matches on the simulator (#UpdateTheSimulator), I realized how OVERPOWERED was Mega Typhlosion. So I wondered could he be… better? I got with this new team:

Typhlosion @ Typhlosionite
Ability: Flash Fire

IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SpA
Timid Nature

-Soft Boiled
-Flamethrower / coverage

Delta Snorlax @ Leftovers
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 188 HP / 144 Def / 176 SpD
Careful Nature
-Bulk Up
-Seed Bomb
-Earthquake / Drain Punch
-Synthesis

Delta Gardevoir @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Lightning Rod / Clear Body
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Earth Power
-Moonblast

I feel like Clefable could be prefered because of Soft Broiled giving him recovery over D.Venusaur. Also hesitated between D.Snorlax and Amoongus in my second team. D.Snorlax was less passive overall, while the other completed my Rege-Core with Slowbro and has access to sleep via Spore and Clear Smog. I ended up choosing D.Snorlax because of D.Volcarona being also poison. Ferrothorn was also considered. The ladder 2 also being bulky fairy resistances while switching in cut Eruption’s power.

So,I want your opinion. What team could do the job better?

@ezlaturbo I know you are good with Insurgence’s teambuilding, what do you think of it?

Give me some time to consider. I may not be able to answer fully tonight, but I will reply in the morning.
My First Impression is that M. Venu has more coverage. However, Typhlosion has the support of the FWG core, while the M.D. lacks it’s respective core, aka FSD(Fairy Steel Dragon).

Some things that are bugging me: Ik English is not the norm for you but it’s Soft Boiled, not Broiled. Also Lightning Rod, not Road. Volcarona has one ‘n’ and no ‘t’ and it is Delta for clarification.

For anyone who cares

Broiling is exposing the item to direct radiant heat which cooks the object. … Boiling is the process of cooking in boiling water.

Oof… Proof I’ve been brainstorming at night.

The first team looks much like you slapped a few mons on that you wanted, that don’t really merit their spots there, except their stats. It doesn’t mean that those are bad, but they don’t have as much synergy as there could be. It’s not necessarily a bad thing as this team would be classed as a mix between bulky offense and hyper offense. 3 of the mons are suited to bulky offense, being D. Lax, M.D. and D. Volc. The others are more frail, but overall, this team leans towards Hyper Offense. The first team tho, does have a reliable strategy and lead once you have Blaziken, as you can lead with a Hone Claws and start smashing things until he is low HP or risking getting KOd, then swap to the user who will crush the opposition, usually Gyarados or the M.D. I would say the first team is more suited to offense, and the only time you would lead with something else is to specifically counter their lead, such as D. Volc for Kayla and Xavier, or if Blaziken won’t get a chance to set up. You can exchange Protect and Hone Claws for that boost, if needed. For example, in East’s Gym, you may want to buy Protect so you can get that +1 or 2 in speed while not risking being KOd by Skarm, unless you KO Skarm quickly, then pass.

However, the second team is more suited to Balance, with the Regen and Bulky Offense Volc. It is overall better rounded, tho Clef should run Wish Protect, if possible, as I feel that most of the time you will be pivoting, and Wish Protect will be helpful to heal M. Typhlo if you need a Nuke, but can’t stay in. Mega Typhlo is much more an offensive mon than D. Venu, its stats being more oriented towards special bulk and speed. Mt. yphlo (no typo) does appreciate wish support if played in a pivoting manner, as this team seems suited to. It seems as this team could easily be a VoltTurn team, and even if it’s not, it would be worth investing in Volt Switch on D. Garde, tho you can play around with that.

The first team is higher risk, but also easier to play, while the second team takes careful thought and consideration. If played by a CPU picking things randomly, I would say the first team, but the second team would have a higher chance of success if played carefully and thoughtfully.

Then it is team 2… alright, I’ll be adjusting my strategy.
